Individual Psychological Counselling
Counselling services are offered a "Walk and Talk" format. Counselling services are held at a public location in nature, such as along the beach, on a bush walk through a national park or sitting in a peaceful place outside agreed upon by client and practitioner.
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration
Standard Fee - $150 (*$32.75 gap with Medicare rebate)
Concession Rate - $130 (*12.75 gap with Medicare rebate)
*Medicare rebate is $117.25 under a Mental Health Care Plan accessed through GP referral
NDIS and Healthy Minds referrals also accepted
Group Intervention
Please see Healing Steps for more information which is our group Narrative Walk intervention. This program can also be supported through a GP referral for group psychology appointments. The program is 6 walks over 12 weeks.
Sessions are 120+ minutes in duration
Standard Fee - $150 (*$107.65 gap with Medicare rebate)
Concession Rate - $120 (*$77.65 gap with Medicare rebate)
*Medicare rebate is $42.35 under a Mental Health Care Plan accessed through GP referral
